I am a neurologist who specializes in the care of patients with brain tumors and neurologic complications of cancer. As a neuro-oncologist, I am involved in ongoing clinical trials for patients with brain tumors.
Additionally, I am a member of the Brain Tumor Center at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. My research interests include testing the clinical use of serum markers in predicting response to treatment and prognosis, and translating basic research in stem cells, stroma and angiogenesis with the goal of finding new targets for novel treatments for brain tumors.
