Adam M. Boruchov
I am a medical oncologist with an interest in developing new immunological therapies to fight cancer. My laboratory research focuses on dendritic cells, a type of white blood cell that "organizes" immune responses to bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells. In particular, I am studying how antibodies can affect the function of dendritic cells. My goal is to apply these findings to manipulations of the immune system for the treatment and prevention of cancer.
