Director of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, MSKCC Basking Ridge
I am a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in melanoma, Mohs' micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgery, and laser surgery. Mohs' surgery is a tissue-sparing surgery. It ensures the complete removal of the skin cancer while preserving the maximal amount of normal surrounding tissue. I also specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of skin cancers, especially melanoma. To manage high-risk skin cancer patients, I use whole-body photography, dermoscopy, and computerized digital imaging systems. In addition, I am actively involved in clinical research, with a focus on developing cutting-edge technologies for the non-invasive diagnosis of skin cancer.
