In accordance with law and industry standards, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center maintains a process for the disclosure, adjudication, and management of situations in which employees or Directors have a personal financial interest in decisions they make on behalf of Memorial Sloan-Kettering or in research conducted at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. The policy defines who is required to make disclosures, the kinds of financial interests that must be disclosed, and the process for review and management of these situations.
