Linda R. Aboody, MD

I am a radiologist who specializes in breast imaging and percutaneous breast biopsy. I had many years of clinical experience in private practice in New Jersey before joining Memorial Sloan-Kettering in Basking Ridge. My expertise includes the interpretation of mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI. I am also expert in the use of minimally invasive breast biopsies using imaging guidance — a procedure which provides an alternative to surgical biopsy for the initial diagnosis of breast cancer and can help avoid the need for surgical approaches to benign lesions. I am proud to work alongside my many distinguished radiology and clinical colleagues at Basking Ridge, and am delighted to participate in extending Memorial Sloan-Kettering's expert and compassionate care to women in New Jersey.
