The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) offers a series of career development workshops and seminars aimed at providing postdoctoral researchers with the essential skills required for success in their prospective careers. In addition, the OPA coordinates events that provide information on the various career paths available to postdoctoral researchers. These events also provide opportunities to network with professionals and company representatives.

- Tri-Institutional Career Symposium
This event is coordinated by our Career Services Office in the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs’ Career Services Office, along with Weill Cornell Medical College and The Rockefeller University. - Grants Writing Seminars
These seminars are offered in collaboration with our Research and Technology Management Department. Seminars include Write Winning Grants, the K-Award Workshop, and the F32/NRSA Workshop. - Science Writing Seminars

Additional career development workshops and seminars are offered through Memorial Sloan-Kettering's affiliation with the New York Academy of Sciences, which aims to increase its members' competitiveness in today's job market.
Memorial Sloan-Kettering also offers leadership/management development courses through the Learning and Organization Development Office, as well as teaching opportunities through a teaching fellowship in the Gerstner Sloan-Kettering Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
