Research Interests

Dr. Satagopan's research focuses on developing novel cost efficient study designs and penalized regression techniques, with application to molecular epidemiology and tumor biology studies. She actively collaborates on the design and analysis of cancer epidemiology studies with colleagues from multiple scientific disciplines at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and elsewhere.
