Kenneth Cheung received his MA in Biology from City University of New York at Hunter College in May 2011. He joined the Molecular Epidemiology Laboratory as an intern from the Biotechnology Workshop in April 2011, and and joined the laboratory as a full-time laboratory technician in October 2011.
He is involved in studies aimed to assess the relationship between host genetic markers and cognitive function in patients receiving chemo and radiationtherapy. Other current responsibilities include assistaning with the processing of incoming biospecimens, nucleic acid extraction and characterization, and maintenance of bio repositories and instruments.
Kenneth is interested in contributing to public health through research in epidemiology.
