Two postdoctoral positions are available for highly motivated candidates with a background in molecular biology and genetics to join a research group interested in identifying molecular markers and mechanisms of tumor response to targeted therapy. Projects will involve integrated genomic and proteomic analysis of brain tumors and tumor models and their response to pharmacologic and genetic perturbations. The aim is to identify candidate drug combinations suitable to molecularly-defined tumor subclasses.
Applicants should hold a PhD and/or MD degree and have strong laboratory and analytical skills. Experience in molecular biology and cancer genetics would be very helpful. Special consideration will be given to candidates who also have a background in bioinformatics and/or biostatistics programming.
