Christine Mayr: Career Opportunities

We are always looking for highly motivated, talented, and enthusiastic people with an interest in exploring novel ideas and learning about the molecular basis of how genes are regulated in normal cells and cancer cells. Currently, we have openings for the following positions:

Graduate Student

Our lab welcomes interested graduate students from eligible programs (the Gerstner Sloan Kettering Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the Weill Cornell Graduate School and related Tri-Institutional graduate programs) to join for rotations.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Successful candidates should have a recent PhD or MD degree, preferably with strong background in one or more of the following areas: RNA biology, epigenetics, genomics, biochemistry, mouse genetics, cancer biology, molecular biology and computational biology. The postdoctoral fellow is expected to have strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.
