The focus of our research is to understand the global genetic determinants of cancer development and therapeutic response. We primarily utilize data generated by next-generation sequencing technologies to study genomic mutations, copy number alterations, structural variations, and transcriptome changes, which together provide a molecular profile of individual tumors.
