Full Title
A Study of the Efficacy and PK/PD Relationship of Monotherapy MORAb-004 in Subjects with Metastatic Melanoma
Purpose

MORAb-004 is an investigational drug that binds to the surface of some cancer cells as well as other cells important for cancer growth. In laboratory studies, MORAb-004 can decrease the growth of some cancers, such as melanoma. In this study, researchers are assessing the safety and effectiveness of MORAb-004 in patients with metastatic melanoma that has continued to grow despite at least one prior regimen of therapy.
