Natalie Bogdanos holds a joint appointment at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. She serves as Associate General Counsel for the Office of the General Counsel and as Senior Manager of Contracts for the Office of Technology Development (OTD). At the OTD, she leads a team of contract analysts who focus on the review, drafting, and negotiation of various agreements, particularly those with industry.

Before joining Memorial Sloan-Kettering in 2012, Natalie served as General Counsel for nine years at Enzo Biochem, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company, where she was responsible for managing an intellectual property portfolio of more than 500 patents and patent applications. In addition, she was responsible for the review and approval of contracts, and oversaw the company’s litigation activities. Previously, Natalie worked as an associate at Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein, a boutique intellectual property law firm, and as a research technician at the Public Health Research Institute. 

Natalie is an attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She received her JD degree from New York Law School and her BA degree in biology from Queens College of the City University of New York.
