Launched in September 2008, the Tri-Institutional Collaboration Network (TCN) is a joint initiative developed and supported by the division of Research and Technology Management at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Sponsored Research and Program Development at The Rockefeller University, and Research and Sponsored Programs at Weill Cornell Medical College.
Target audience includes researchers, research administrators in departments and laboratories, and central research offices.
The goals of the TCN are as follows:
- Invigorate and facilitate collaborative efforts
- Engage faculty, staff, and trainees through innovative training/educational opportunities
- Create and share research administration and core facility resources across institutions
- Establish and support networking opportunities
As part of this initiative, the TCN will host monthly events from September through May open to participants from all three institutions and outside institutions as well, resources permitting.
