I provide comprehensive evaluation and management for patients with a variety of pulmonary diseases, in particular patients with cancer, critically ill patients, and those with undiagnosed lung diseases. I am part of a group of physicians with unique expertise in preventing, screening for, diagnosing, and treating lung diseases in ways that give our patients the best possible prognosis. I provide state-of-the-art clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with common respiratory diseases as well.
My clinical interests include chemotherapy-induced lung injury, pulmonary complications associated with bone marrow transplantation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung diseases, and acute respiratory failure in the immunocompromised patient. Sleep disorders are extremely common in patients with cancer. As a physician who is board certified in sleep medicine, I have the opportunity to evaluate and manage sleep disturbances including sleep apnea, insomnia, and other sleep-related breathing problems such as management of CPAP, BiPAP adjustment difficulties, and more.
At MSK, patient care and research are closely integrated to provide the best care possible for our patients, as well as to advance the science of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. I have published a number of abstracts and articles in high-profile peer-reviewed journals and have written numerous textbook chapters. I have also presented at local and national conferences and conducted research on a number of the topics.

Most major health insurers offer plans that include MSK as one of their in-network providers. If MSK is in-network, it means all our doctors are too. Medicaid and New York State Medicare also provide benefits for care at MSK.Learn more
