About Me

I am a board-certified medical oncologist who specializes in supportive care, which is sometimes called palliative care. My focus is on integrating supportive care with cancer treatment to help improve quality of life for people facing a cancer diagnosis. I collaborate with other medical oncologists at MSK to provide patients and their families with additional support as they undergo treatment.

I also serve as a liaison between Riverview Medical Center and MSK Monmouth for the MSK patients who are admitted to the local hospital. I provide continuity of care for these patients and communicate with our MSK care teams to update them on their patient’s status.

My belief is that people have superior outcomes when supportive care is integrated into their cancer care. Through expert symptom management, clear communication, and emotional support, we can help patients and their families better cope with a serious and complex medical diagnosis. Supportive care can be beneficial to any patient at MSK in any phase of their illness. We offer our services to all patients at MSK Monmouth, in addition to our locations throughout Manhattan.

Currently, clinical trials focused on the conditions I treat are enrolling new patients. Insurance

Most major health insurers offer plans that include MSK as one of their in-network providers. If MSK is in-network, it means all our doctors are too. Medicare and New York State Medicaid also provide benefits for care at MSK.
