Raul Flores, MD

About Me

I am an internal medicine physician who is focused on providing a thorough and practical approach for each of my patients. Internal medicine represents the most holistic approach in accounting for my patients’ issues, and I am experienced in providing the full spectrum of care, ranging from outpatient to critical illnesses.

The mission of MSK is one that resonates deeply with me. Providing compassionate care is my main focus, and a quality that is apparent in each physician who practices here. When I meet a patient, I take time to understand their illness, as well as who they are as a person.

My focus in hospital medicine is centered on providing practical solutions for problems affecting people who are admitted to the hospital. Making sure that the tests we perform are efficient and answering the questions behind each hospitalization is how I make sure I can fulfill my commitment to getting each of my patients out of the hospital and with their loved ones.

Insurance

Most major health insurers offer plans that include MSK as one of their in-network providers. If MSK is in-network, it means all our doctors are too. Medicaid and New York State Medicare also provide benefits for care at MSK.
