Board Certifications

Radiology (Switzerland)

I am a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty fellowship training in oncologic body imaging. I interpret body MRI, CT, ultrasound, and x-rays. I feel privileged to take part in providing the best possible care to people with cancer who come to MSK for their care.

As a member of the Urology and Gynecologic Oncology Disease Management Teams, I work closely with oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists. Our collective goal is to provide the best care to people with cancer by incorporating our expertise with contemporary, evidence-based medicine. We strive to provide every person we care for with care tailored to their needs and circumstances. I am most proud to work at MSK because I am given the opportunity to collaborate with an outstanding team of experts and provide invaluable input for the diagnosis, staging, treatment, and follow-up of our patients.

I am also actively involved in research projects in collaboration with my colleagues at MSK as well as other experts in different fields of cancer medicine. My research interests include studying multimodality imaging techniques for use in abdominal and pelvic cancers. My special focus lies in cancers of the kidney, bladder, and prostate, as well as gynecologic cancers. I am interested in studying how these multimodality imaging techniques can improve the diagnosis, monitoring, and accurate assessment of treatment response in these different cancers. This will help advance our understanding of cancer and improve how we diagnose and treat it.

Teaching and medical education are essential components of my work. I am passionate about teaching and training future generations of cancer imagers. I supervise our radiology trainees and present lectures to faculty, trainees, and other technologists. I am also invested in continually growing my own knowledge and expertise, so I regularly participate in continued education.
