In addition, I have been team leader in developing a new standard of care at Memorial Sloan Kettering for patients with central venous access devices, and for the prevention of central line-associated blood stream infections. In addition to this and to assisting in creating new nursing policies, my group educates nurses in the divisions of Acute Care, Critical Care, and Pediatric Nursing.
