After being diagnosed with cancer, you may struggle with stress, anxiety, sleep troubles, and other emotional symptoms. We understand what you’re going through and are here to help you address these feelings. The goal of our Mind-Body Workshops is to provide you with the support and self-care tools you need to cope with these emotions and move forward with the activities most important to you.
We offer classes and services that teach guided meditation, self-hypnosis, and exercises incorporating mind-body elements such as yoga, Tai Chi, and martial arts.
