65+ Caregiver Support Series: Safe Transfers and Effective Caregiving

The role of caregiver can feel overwhelming at times, especially if your loved one needs assistance with daily activities. Join an occupational therapist and physical therapist to learn how to move your loved one safely, how to travel with older adults, and what assistive devices and home modification may help you and your family.

A social work expert will also provide suggestions on how to be a more effective caregiver and discuss the importance of balancing caregiving responsibilities with self-care.

This program is for people who have been treated for cancer. No observers, please, without prior approval.
