65+ Managing Cancer Related Fatigue with Exercise & Activity Modification

Description

Cancer-related fatigue affects survivors both during and after treatment.  Physical and Occupational therapists will discuss energy conservation strategies, efficient home and work set up and light exercise appropriate for the older adult. Participants will learn self-management strategies to adapt to changes in activity tolerance and the importance of regular physical activity to promote better health and well-being.  Join us for an educational seminar and light exercise demonstration.  We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive footwear for exercise.
