Approaches in a Cure for Advanced Colon Cancer

Upon completion of this free educational activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the workup of patients with colorectal liver metastases
  • Discuss recent advances in the surgical treatment of colorectal liver metastases
  • Demonstrate how additional therapies (ablation, embolization, pump chemotherapy, and systemic chemotherapy) can be incorporated with surgery to treat patients with colorectal liver metastases

Audience

This course is directed towards primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and social workers.

Credit

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
