In this relaxing and meditative workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience a gentle, grounding yoga practice and to learn breathing techniques to increase awareness of the throat and chest. These activities will prepare you for interactive voice work and a singing session. Voice work will include vocal warm up and simple chanting of melodies from different spiritual traditions. Facilitated by an MSK yoga therapist and an MSK music therapist, the workshop will be followed by a brief question and answer session. All are welcome, no previous experience necessary.
