Description
This two-day intense critical-care review course is intended for nurses who are planning to take the AACN-CCRN / E / K exam or seeking a clinical practice review seminar.
Objectives
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the common acute and critical care needs of patients with single and multi-system organ abnormalities.
- Outline assessment strategies and treatment options for common acute critical care problems.
- Review the pathophysiology for single and multi-system dysfunction and the pharmacological management for each.
- Describe the AACN synergy model of caring and blueprint for the CCRN certification exam.
