Free Head and Neck Cancer Screenings

The screening will include a ten-minute exam to look for signs of head and neck cancer, counseling on how to quit smoking and nutritional advice on cancer-preventive diets. Warning signs of head and neck cancer are frequent nose bleeds; ongoing nasal congestion; persistent sore or growth in mouth or throat; constant earaches; lasting change in voice; bloody phlegm lasting several days; lump in neck lasting more than two weeks; changes in skin or mole; or problems swallowing.

For adults who smoke, drink, or spend a lot of time in the sun and who notice any of the warning signs of head and neck cancer.
