Description
This six-week series includes practical teachings in mindfulness that you will be able to apply right away. An MSK mind-body instructor will share the basics of meditation and mindful living skills that will help you react less and be more resilient in the face of life’s challenges. The course will include guided meditation, personal reflection, and interactive discussions. You will learn how to include simple, yet powerful mindfulness practices that increase confidence, calm, and compassion and help you savor the moments you find yourself in.
Audience
This series is open to people who are new to meditation, as well as to those who have a regular meditation practice. It is accessible to all levels and abilities.
