Hematology and Medical Oncology Board Review: Contemporary Practice from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

Participants will have a comprehensive hematology and medical oncology review course which is required on an annual basis to update fellows in training and practicing medical oncologists on state of the art practice and care standards. Because initial oncology board certification is required for fellows emerging from training programs, and recertification is required every 10 years for practicing oncologists, comprehensive hematology and oncology review courses need to be available on a regular basis. Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer is ideally suited to host such an educational effort, given the breadth of clinical expertise at this center as well as the position of our clinicians on the cutting edge of new therapy developments.

Audience

The target audience is physicians who are either oncology fellows in training, or practicing oncologists in both academic and private practice.

Credit

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center designates this conference for a maximum of 26.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit he/she actually spent in the conference.
