Start your day by feeling calm and refreshed in a meditation class. Our small group workshops are to help people affected by cancer and are feeling overwhelmed by treatment and adjusting to life after a cancer diagnosis. In six classes, a certified mindfulness teacher will help you work with your breath to become more aware of your body, surroundings, and reactions to stress.
This class is for all people with cancer, caregivers, and cancer survivors. We recommend this class for anyone who is new to practicing meditation or other mind-body therapies.
