Keeping the Mind and Body Active through Community Programs, Exercise, and Technology

It may be difficult to maintain an active lifestyle during and after cancer treatment. MSK occupational and physical therapists promote continued engagement in mental and physical activity for older adults to maintain independence in their daily lives. Presenters will discuss community resources, modified exercise, and technology applications that are appropriate for the older adult. Join us for an educational seminar and light exercise demonstration. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive footwear for exercise.

This program is for people who have been treated for cancer. No observers, please, without prior approval.
