Chronic pain is an issue for cancer patients even after curative therapy. Survivors can be affected by pain related to surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Global pain incorporates physical, spiritual, and psychosocial aspects of the individual. Proper pain assessment and treatment are important factors in maintaining quality of life after cancer. This talk will review the possible causes of post-treatment pain as well as available treatment options. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
