Meditation can be a way of doing something to care for ourselves and to take control of stressful situations. In this class, we learn a wide variety of practices and tools to build a personal relaxation routine which works best for you. You will be taking an active part in improving how you feel and your personal happiness. And by joining this evening group from home, your mind and body will naturally wind down before bed.
Time: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
This class is for all people with cancer, caregivers, and cancer survivors. We recommend this class for anyone who is new to practicing meditation or other mind-body therapies.
