Join us on Wednesdays for a reset with mindfulness techniques such as guided meditation, guided imagery, breathing techniques, or chair yoga. Each session you will learn a different relaxation technique to assist you to manage stress and increase easement. This group will leave you feeling more present, grounded, and balanced.
This group is open to all adult patients and caregivers of patients receiving care at MSK.
