Practical Uses for Imagery and Visualization…It’s Not Just for Relaxation (Workshop)

Visualization and guided imagery can be powerful tools to help minimize, transform and/or relieve uncomfortable physical and emotional sensations. This three week didactic and experiential workshop will provide you with an opportunity to integrate the therapeutic approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy, guided imagery, and yogic posture and breathing as a way to meet some of the challenges of life after cancer treatment.
