Join the Geriatrics Service and Integrative Medicine for Senior Health & Fitness Day, a celebration for older adults, and their caregivers, who want instruction, support and motivation for exercising.
Donna Wilson, an experienced nurse and fitness instructor, will share her experience and expertise for coaching older adults new to exercising, or those who haven’t been active recently. You will follow Donna through a sample series of low-impact exercises she
includes in her group classes. This event is free, safe and effective for adults of all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable and loose clothing and soft sole shoes.
