Singing for Connections: Maintaining a bond with your loved one after loss, using words and music

After a loss, maintaining a bond with your loved one can be helpful in the grieving process. Participants will use musical experiential exercises to create a conversation that may enable them to feel connected and close to their loved ones.

No prior experience, expertise, or confidence in singing, music, or the arts is necessary.
