After treatment is over, side effects such as fatigue and muscle weakness, stress and anxiety can impact a man’s functioning, making it difficult to return to one’s daily routine. These common post-treatment side effects can make exercise a challenge, just at a time when it is needed most. The goal of this experiential demonstration class is to help men, and their partners, kick-start an energizing and balanced fitness routine. The class includes both strength-training and mind-body connection exercises to help fight fatigue, release stress, and manage anxiety. Participants should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
