Faculty Position in Health Services Research and Health Policy
We are seeking an investigator with interests in health services research and health care policy to join the Health Outcomes Research Group at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The successful applicant will be expected to develop a program of independent research. Our investigators have interests in many aspects of the health care delivery system including variation in quality, practice and outcomes, risk prediction and screening for cancer, pharmaceutical pricing, health economics, and cancer survivorship. The academic position will be housed within the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics (Chair, Colin Begg). The position may also be affiliatedwith the Institution’s Center for Health Policy and Outcomes (Director, Peter Bach). Applicants should hold an MD with post-graduate training in a quantitative discipline, or a PhD in health services research or a related discipline with, ideally, post-doctoral training. Candidates of all academic ranks will be considered.
