Risk adjustment for Amplio often involves consideration of co-morbidities. The Amplio team has been working on a project to allow patients to report their co-morbidities online, for subsequent review by a doctor. After extensive piloting, the system was revamped to ensure compatibility with MSK clinical systems. This novel approach to the patient on-boarding process will be rolled out across the institution over the course of the next few years.
