I am responsible for helping cancer patients in numerous ways, from caring for individuals undergoing transplant in the pre- and post-transplant setting to screening potential donors, performing bone marrow biopsies, providing prescriptions, and administering vaccinations. I have been with the service since 2000.

I joined Memorial Sloan Kettering in 1986, first as a clinical nurse. Upon becoming a nurse practitioner in 1996 I helped to manage inpatients receiving chemotherapy who also had complicated medical problems. I moved to the Orthopaedic Surgical Service in 1997, overseeing the daily management of cancer patients before and after surgery, among other responsibilities.
