I work in the inpatient division of the Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Service, where I am responsible for providing day-to-day care for cancer patients during and after their transplant. I have been with the service since 2011.

I became a registered nurse in 1996 and worked as a floor nurse in a hematology/oncology unit at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, New York. I moved to New York City in 2002 after I obtained my master’s degree in family health. I worked as a nurse practitioner in the outpatient setting at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center until 2011, helping to manage patients pre- and post-transplant.
