Pathologist Melissa Murray

Melissa Murray is a pathologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering who focuses exclusively on examining breast and gynecologic tissue for signs of cancer. When Dr. Murray’s two-year-old son was diagnosed with a neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer of the sympathetic nervous system, she and her husband, a pediatrician, immediately took him to Sloan Kettering’s Department of Pediatrics for treatment.
