This is a zip file containing the R code and the corresponding FORTRAN code to calculate the power of a two-stage design under an order statistic formulation. The README file contains details on how to use the code. The theoretical details are provided in “Two-stage designs for gene-disease association studies with sample size constraints” by Satagopan, Venkatraman, Begg (to appear in Biometrics, 2004).
