Come experience subtle yet deeply powerful practices from the yoga and mindfulness traditions and learn how to soothe your mind and regulate your nervous system. We’ll integrate explorative movements, body-scan meditations and breath awareness techniques to prepare the mind-body network for maximum healing and positive change.
