Amanda Mayer is Lead Assistant General Counsel in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Technology Development. She is a member of OTD’s Legal Team, where she leads the group that specializes in clinical-research-related agreements. Previously Amanda served as an Assistant General Counsel.
Prior to joining MSK in 2017, Amanda served as associate director for contracts at NYC Health + Hospitals, where her responsibilities included drafting and negotiating agreements for five hospitals in the New York City public hospital system. Previously, she served as contract manager at Columbia University, temporary staff attorney at the New York Blood Center, and associate at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed, LLP.
Amanda received her juris doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2009. She is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College in 2005.
