Pengtao (Mac) Teng is an Assistant General Counsel at MSK, where he serves in the Office of Technology Development. He joined the institution in 2018.
Previously, Mac was a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he counseled companies and financial sponsors in commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. While in law school, he served as a Prosecution Clinic Intern in the Charlottesville Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.
Mac received his Juris Doctor degree in 2016 from the University of Virginia School of Law. Prior to law school, Mac spent two years as a Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he designed and developed enterprise regulatory software. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011 with a B.S.E. in Bioengineering.
