Rebecca Kim-Kriesberg

Rebecca Kim-Kriesberg joined MSK in 2017.  She is an Assistant General Counsel in MSK’s Office of Technology Development. There, her responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all agreements related to MSK’s clinical trials, as well as assisting with collaborative research agreements and other pre-clinical contracts. She also works closely with MSK’s Public Affairs Department to provide legal advice on advertising, media, copyright, and other IP-related matters. Before joining MSK she was a medical malpractice litigation associate at DOPF, P.C.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Rebecca worked for several years in pediatric oncology research at both MSK and at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore and she has co-authored over twenty peer-reviewed publications during her research career. She earned her J.D. in 2009 from Brooklyn Law School (evening program), and obtained a B.B.A. from Temple University, after which she conducted post-baccalaureate and doctoral studies at the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, respectively. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the U.S. Patent Bar.
