Rebecca Kim-Kriesberg is an Assistant General Counsel in the Office of Technology Development. She joined the staff of Memorial Sloan Kettering as a Staff Attorney in 2017, after previously serving as a volunteer attorney at the institution in 2016, with a focus on reviewing clinical-trial related agreements.
Rebecca’s previous legal work includes serving as a Business and Legal Advisor with Advanced Water Technologies, and as an Associate Attorney with DOPF, P.C., a litigation firm. Prior to her legal career, she spent several years working in pediatric oncology research, first at Memorial Sloan Kettering and then at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore.
Rebecca earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2009. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. After receiving her B.B.A. in International Business and Business Law at Temple University, she completed post-baccalaureate pre-med courses and conducted graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, respectively.
