Additionally, we recognize that our patients and families come from diverse backgrounds and speak a variety of languages, which is why we offer interpreter services that are available 24 hours a day.
Insurance/Financial Services
Memorial Sloan Kettering participates with most major health plans in the New York tri-state area. If your patient doesn’t have health insurance or you are worried their insurance may not cover the cost of their care, we may be able to provide financial assistance, please contact the Financial Services Department, at 212-639-3810.
