How to Apply

Applicants should complete an online application and submit all required materials through the VIRMP at www.virmp.org. Online applications can be initiated beginning on November 1, 2023 and must be completed no later than December 11, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The deadline for applications to laboratory animal medicine training programs participating in the VIRMP is December 11, 2023. As the December 11th deadline is distinct from the deadline used by other residency specialties participating in the VIRMP, you should contact your references and registrar to ensure they submit their letters of support and your transcripts ahead of the December 11th deadline. It is essential you select the Tri-Institutional Training Program as a program to which you would like to apply. Your program rankings must be completed by February 16, 2024 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
