Systems biology brings together mathematics, computer science, and biology to obtain a global understanding of how the components of complex living systems interact and function. It is an essential part of many endeavors at Memorial Sloan Kettering, from our efforts to develop new cancer treatments to our exploration of the cancer genome, immune system, microbiome, and other areas.
